ViatRover Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from our China warehouse. Real-time shipment tracking is available for all packages.

Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is offered for whitelisted markets. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees at destination are borne solely by the customer. Whitelisted markets (free shipping, duties & taxes at customer's cost): United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, six Southeast-Asian countries, United Arab Emirates. For regions outside the whitelist, shipping fees shall be paid by the buyer. Processing Time: Orders will be dispatched within 48 business hours upon successful payment (Monday-Friday, weekends excluded). Estimated Delivery Time: 15-35 business days for whitelisted destinations. Delivery times are estimates only. Actual transit time may vary due to local logistics and customs procedures. If you require faster delivery, please contact customer service. You may pay an extra surcharge to upgrade to priority air express service. Note: We only ship from China. Overseas warehouse delivery is not available.

Important Notes
Address Accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address before payment. Shipments will be sent strictly to the address provided by the customer. The buyer is responsible for returned or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Force Majeure: Shipment delays may occur due to force-majeure events including extreme weather, customs inspections and other unforeseeable circumstances. We will arrange shipment promptly once conditions permit. Damage Handling: All items are inspected and well-packaged before dispatch. If visible external damage is found upon receipt, please preserve original packaging and take photos of damaged goods. Contact us via email within 3 business days after delivery signature.

Customs Duties & Taxes
All import duties, VAT and other customs-related charges at the destination country are the recipient's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for relevant tax information before ordering.
